Over the years, we have worked with hundreds of customers adapting and deploying Provide® Enterprise. In addition to providing care management software services, we offer long-term, full-service support to ensure your solution grows with your organization. 

Deployment

Understanding your organization is critical to the customization and implementation of Provide Enterprise. We invest a significant amount of time discussing your business practices, policies, and procedures with you.

Our decades of knowledge and practical experience inform our support, including:
  • Software customization recommendations
  • Suggestions for how Provide Enterprise can support and facilitate the implementation of new and improved care management practices
  • Options for modifying the software after your initial deployment to remain flexible with your growing organization
  • Twice-yearly software upgrades (included in your annual support and maintenance fees)

Training

We recognize that your staff’s ability to use Provide Enterprise to its fullest potential depends on their understanding of how the software works. We place a high priority on training your staff so they can integrate every aspect of the software into their daily activities.
  • Customized for your team. We work with you to develop a detailed training plan covering everything your organization needs.
  • Personalized for the right audience. We develop targeted training aimed at showing each department the functionality they need to perform their duties.
  • Onsite or remote training. We can hold in-person, instructor-led training at your facility or in selected locations within your region, or virtually.
  • Follow-up training. If needed, we’re always available to offer additional training to your team.

Hosting

The vast majority of our customers contract with Groupware Technologies for hosting services. This is an attractive option if you are looking to limit your capital costs, if you have a distributed workforce or a network of distributed providers, or prefer to have us assume responsibility for securing and managing your data. Groupware Technologies uses secure redundant servers with 24 x 7 x 365 real-time read/write access for data hosting.

Support

If you have a question about how Provide Enterprise works or are experiencing a problem with the software, our Customer Support staff are available to assist you.

We encourage you to take full advantage of our knowledge of care management software and our expertise. Our bilingual (English and Spanish) Customer and Technical Support Teams are on duty at our Milwaukee offices Monday through Friday 8 AM until 5 PM (Central time) via phone and email.
